am starting to look for a good used canoe. Based on the research I've
done into building methods/materials I think I should look for either
an aluminum, fiberglass cloth (not chopped fiber), or an ABS type, 14
or 16 foot.
I'd be using the canoe only on occasion, normally with someone else, and
need something that can handle hitting the bottom and/or bouncing off
a few rocks in the rivers around San Antonio.
Does anyone know of such a canoe for sale? I may also be in the market
for a kayak as well, that way if I'm going out solo I've got a toy for
that as well.
