Lake Powell -- CANCELLED

Rent a houseboat to use as our mobile kayaking / hiking platform to access multiple areas of Lake Powell. The general plan is to camp at Bullfrog on Sunday night, and pick up the boat and start loading gear, food and kayaks about 8:00am on Monday, the 21st. Tentatively we'll motor up to Moki Canyon, dock and stay there a couple nights. Then we'll motor farther up the lake and explore Forgotten Canyon (and the Anasazi ruin), Hansen Canyon, Smith Fork Canyon and maybe Knowles Canyon.

NOTE: This is an event run by the Rocky Mountain Sea Kayaker Club with a passthrough invitation to HASK - HCC. There is an absolute limit of 12 slots, with the first 6 filled by the RMSKC and the next 3 already filled by HASK. At the time of this posting, only the 3 remaining slots are available, and the HCC trip coordinator will consume one of these 3 slots.
