Little Weberville Park, Weberville, TX. This is the upstream park at Weberville.
Come out and preview the upper leg of the Texas Winter One Hundred K. We will put in at Austin and paddle down to Little Weberville Park. The distance is right around 27.5 miles. The put in is steep and a bit rugged due to poured concrete. Birding is great! The take out is nice- concrete boat ramp. We will meet at the take out and shuttle up to the put in.
Meet at Bastrop Fisherman's Park and shuttle up to Little Webberville Park.
Approximately 35-mile training trip on the Colorado, from Little Weberville to Bastrop Fisherman‘s Park. Paddle is roughly 35 miles, so a brisk pace is required. Beautiful stretch of the river though.

Trying to find a way to duck out on the relatives? Worn out by the whole thing? Join me for a nice, peaceful paddle down the bayou.
Non-ACA members will need to pay a $5.00 registration fee.
Cancelled if it‘s raining or below 40° at 8:00 AM. Lunch on the bayou. Turkey sandwiches, if you must. Santa hats encouraged.
Skill Level: Beginner. Easy paddle, but there can be a lot of maneuvering around obstacles. Not a neophyte class.
I hope to run shuttle from the Woodway put-in at 8:30, and we should be off the bayou by 1:00 or so. Bring lunch, and we can dine at the Lost Lake visitor‘s Center at Dunlavy. If you need to be back home sooner, paddle faster. Please register, so I‘ll know if it‘s just me and Liz.
Santa hats (or costumes) welcome.
We will meet at the Old River bridge in Old River (FM 1409)
A 14 mile bird count paddle on Pickett‘s Bayou, the Cutoff and Old River. We will meet at the Old River Bridge in Old River at 0730 and shuttle up to the Pickett‘s Bayou put-in at Trinity River NWR.
